  Overall excellent accommodations. Everything is good except the WiFi & laundry services, also some of the beds are a bit too firm for my liking.

  Not a huge fan. We were on the third floor, and there was no AC so it was incredibly hot. Most certainly wasn't worth what they charge for the room. Maybe winter is better when it isn't 30 degrees outside?

  Excellent rooms. Loved that each one had its own look and feel. We were in the 2 bedroom suites and enjoyed the very much. The only drawback was laundry service was a bust. There is pay per load laundry, but the machines weren't doing well. I do hope they have them fixed now. Kitchenettes, free tea and coffee supplies downstairs, no breakfast.

  Mostly clean but the carpets desperately need a steam clean. Dated decor. Really old mattress with a dip in the middle. Inoperable dishwasher. The maid sprayed the oven with oven cleaner and left a note saying not to use it so not only did we have zero access to our oven, but the entire apartment reeked of oven cleaner. The provided dishes were laughable - we went to North Mart to buy paper plates and Solo cups. I don't expect much when I'm travelling in northern Canada, but I expected better than this.

  First two day my room was so cold, I've asked to have my heat turned up and was told that they have to leave it at 20 and to use my OVEN for heat (as turn it on high and open the door for extra heat). Isn't that a fire hazard?!
